I was going through the tutorial and got to the part to place the blacksmith station thing(furnace?) and accidentally placed the stone workstation instead. Eventually I placed the blacksmith station furnace thing so the quest moved onto stone workstation part. And it's already placed but the tutorial doesn't think it is.
