EDIT: I was unaware this is a known bug, caused by me skipping tutorial. Glad it's known and can't wait for the fix.
As title, the quest never triggered, I am Level 15. After I unlocked Construction Room, I built the areas for a few rooms and put the guest room door up. I was able to hire the housekeeper (I fired them since because not showing up).
Did I forget something required to trigger it? Or is it a bug?
Disclaimer: I am using the mods on Nexus. I have been using them without problems - I only got problems starting this new save.
