I am at a high enough level (9) that I can no longer serve un-aged drinks, though I think this happened around level 6/7. One suggestion would be that it is optional to age the drinks, not mandatory which could be a potential fix for the problem I am running into. Problem: I will place the newly made batch of alcohol into the Barrels in my cellar and after a few days when I go to place them in my inventory they disappear when I click on them. I thought maybe it was just a fluke on the first and then the second, but now I cannot get any to go into my inventory. Is this something that can be fixed? All I can serve now is tea or water. Thank you for reading! Also just want to say I LOVE this game so I hope this little bug can be taken care of soon!

That has nothing to do with your reputation level. And it's unlikely serving unaged drinks will be put back in. However, are you sure they're not in your inventory? As in, do you know your inventory is bigger than the bar at the bottom of your screen? There was someone with a similar issue who did not know their inventory was bigger than that.
