it's not really a bug but when I pick from random fruit trees the counter went up.
I tried restarting my game to make sure, and yes it happened the same.

This may be intended, you can plant trees so getting fruits counts as harvesting, as such getting fruits from trees on the farm is still harvesting, though not from your own trees.
