I've noticed this quite a lot recently where an order will pop up but nobody will be requesting it. It will eventually be replaced by a counter order but if it's the last one of the night it will persist.

Old, knonw visual bug, does not impact anything really, it will dissapear on its own when someone orders something in that order slot and it hanging there does not impact reputation as well. So dont worry about it.
