As mentioned in the title, any and every placed barn animal purchased for the first time will force the player into placing their animals into a level 1 barn, but upon leaving my barn which was upgraded to level 2 before initiating the barn animals tutorial, the animal is lost.
I have no screenshots or videos to show this unfortunately since I wasn't part of the discord yet when this happened to me on my save file.
