The Salon mission Stitches and Hose is not available

The Salon d'Aventure mission Stitches and Hose in Pointe-a-Pitre is not available on Live to any of my characters regardless of their reputation with Salon.

It is available on Legacy.

I think the Salon is bugged on live. There is indeed at least one mission that gives Salon reputation in Pointe-a-Pitre on Legacy. It is available to anyone with at least Indifferent reputation with the faction.

However, I just tested it on live and the mission is not available to any of my character regardless of their reputation with Salon (from Indifferent to Celebrated)
