NG+ Relic Patterns not Craftable at Rhys | Mandragora | Page 1

So far in NG+1 I've found the crafting patterns for Oblivion +1 and Bramblegrasp +1, but after taking each one to Rhys and teaching him the pattern, the items do not show up in the Craft tab of his menu. The patterns are consumed/gone from my inventory after turning them in, but he doesn't have the ability to make the items.

I posted in #general to ask if anyone else had encountered this issue, and at least one other person confirmed they saw it as well. For what it's worth it seems limited to Relics, as I've been able to craft +1 rings and weapons just fine.
