Ok, the bug seems to be that the portal is not actually open, but stuck between the closed and open state for some reason. Do you remember what happend when you opened this portal?

Good new, we could reproduce this bug, so we are working on a fix

@plucky flax as the portal was opening it was spraying out blue lines everywhere from my character and wouldn't stop, so I fast travelled to try and stop it but it was still happening, then I killed myself and that stopped it, but it wouldn't allow me into the portal after

We plan to release it next week. The patch is ready, we just want to test it to make sure it doesn't break anything. It contains a lot of fixes and some balance as well.
