#"Entropy" Shop - Confused

Some questions:

  1. Are weapons supposed to be inside his shop? He speaks of "weapons" in the dialogue? Streamers voice expectations of "legendary" weapons but seem confused by their absence. There is also a void in the mid-to-late game in terms of weapons, and players are asking for spirit-scaling one-handers to pair with relics.
  2. The Entropic Essences are the most expensive but give only 500 * 2 + 350 * 2 = 1700 while skill upgrades cost 2000 to 3500. Should they be more to actually upgrade a skill or two?
  3. When the PC returns with essence, the dialogue forces only one option to hand it over. Usually there is a second option to exit because what if the PC wants to use the essence elsewhere?
  4. Should the spellbook's damage scale like the imp and wisp? Currently it does not and is unused by players, especially since the others are "free" recharges after resting. Should the quill's description include charge counts (12) like the imp and wisp? Why does the description say Smite lasts 10s when the skill says 12s?
  5. Why does the spellbook still appear in his hands when summoned? Now there are two copies! It breaks immersion.

Please clarify, thanks!

I noticed more details (bugs):

  1. After the quest, his protective aura expands but shrinks to the original when revisiting the area. Did you intend permanently to reflect the player's impact? If (likely) so, then this is a bug.
  2. When receiving (3) quills in dialogue, the pop-up "Huy's Quill" at top-center sometimes overlaps with other text, rendering it unreadable. UI bug.
  3. Shop items have inconsistent layouts depending on PC, Xbox, or PS5. Same with the quill's description, where some have line breaks while others do not. UI issue.
  4. "Using" the quill while the spellbook is active dismisses it but costs 1 quill. It should either cost 0 to dismiss or 1 to "refresh" with max charges, like other consumables. Bug.
  5. There are 8 random lines returning to the NPC v. 4 summoning the spellbook. Perhaps move "Your spirit endures." and "Spirit-enduring, friend." from the NPC to spellbook? It would give more variety and each side equal (6) random lines. Seems easy.

On point 4 before, might I suggest that, aside from scaling with Spirit, the spellbook gives +25% Spirit, +25% Endurance while active. This would make it viable for some builds plus a great thematic fit. What do you think?
