Hi, I´m creating an airspeed indicator with a X27.168 Stepper, but I don´t know values settings in Sim Settings and Advance Stepper settings

You have to know how many steps the motor takes per revolution of the shaft. That is really a hardware parameter of the motor. A quick google search says an X.27 stepper motor makes 600 steps per revolution in full step mode.

That number should go in the Advanced Motor Settings, Full Revolution box

speed and acceleration are all in steps/second and steps/second-squared
