Not completely understanding your questions, but judging by your screenshot, you have downloaded a config file that requires a beta version of MF Connector, and you are trying to open it in the older stable version.

You should be able to find the option to get beta updates in MF connector settings

Because there is no installer specifically for the beta

there are build packages, but they are intended for advanced users
