Hi team, How can i use a condition to depower a pin output. For context I have a servo lets say on pin 9, the servo is locked whilst powered and receiving data from mobiflight, what i was is a pre-condition or expression that states; If Variablex = 0 then depower pin 9 (allowing the servo to be moved manually), if Variablex = 1 then power pin 9 and send data to move servo to position.

Any Thoughts?

What is your servo application? How do you intend to power down the servo? You can't power a servo with an Arduino pin. You will need a relay or mosfet circuit to drive the servo.

Servos offer a lot of resistance to moving due to their high gear ratio, even when unpowered.
