Hi, I am trying to make my own PMDG 737 multi radio panel. I have succeeded to get VHF1 and VHF2 (both active and stby) frequencies by using standart fsuipc offsets.
Also all the leds, buttons are working. But I can’t find a solution how to get VHF3, HF1 and HF2 values? Do you have any ideas how to get these values correctly and show them in 7 segment module of my panel?
Thanks in advance.

I haven’t soldered the leds yet. I have tested before using breadboard.

I think @glad vault made a 737 radio panel some time ago. I made a A320 style multi radio and nav unit, but never got around to configuring it for the PMDG 737.

#

have you tried using the generic variables?

#

there are presets for the pmdg radio

#

but the HF and such are just bogus simulated ones in pmdg too

#

same with com3, I think they brought their old 737NG code from fsx into fs2020 so the com3 is also bogus

#

even though FS2020 does support COM3

#

but I remember doing just a "compare" to do the "dA7A" for data

#

and just had "1n0P" for the HF radios

Actually, I have used some modifications to show the correct values of VHF3, HF1 and HF2 and succeded. But as you said they are all dummy (showing the value when I begin to run MF), I can’t change anything or swap freqs (in my panel).

yeah since they do nothing practical in the sim as far as I know?

#

you could just fake them with MF variables

#

and doing some Transform for encoder events for them

#

to simuilate tuning the radios

#

I wish there was a proper support in vPilot and Swift for HF radio tuning with offsets
