I am guessing WideFS works with FSUIPC. Mobiflight can communicate remotely with Simconnect.
Mobiflight is designed to run on the same PC as the simulator. It can connect with Simconnect remotely (which I have never tried doing, actually).

TBH, if you are running MSFS2020, why the need to network two computers using FSUIPC?
Mobiflight isn't a big load on any computer.

You should maybe provide some more information about your setup, so that others might help. How many PCs, running MSFS2020 on one and FSUIPC in another? How many screens? What graphics card? You mentioned framerate problems, how many FPS are you getting?
Lol, not that I recommend it, but I flew MSFS2020 for a year and a half with my old computer with just 20 FPS.
I may be wrong here, but it is my feeling that you can't really solve an FPS problem by exporting what amounts to very small processes to a second PC. I believe that the main problem probably lies in your graphics card. Exporting the rendering to multiple PCs will probably have to wait for MSFS2024 and beyond.
