Sorry, newby question and a search didn't provide me with an answer. So I am trying this way. So I have Tuomas' Radio Panel (still extremely happy with that one!!!) and recently I managed to obtain a MiniFCU 2nd Hand cheaply. The latter runs fine on the airbusses out of the box, but now I would also like to run it with my ATR72 (Asobo) and the FSS E-jets. For both I have the *.mcc profiles but I am not sure how to work this. Do I need to merge these profiles with the radio panel config to make them work simultaneously? And If I merged these two is it wise to save aircraft-specific profiles for future use? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you should merge them, and yes, save aircraft specific profiles

You can then map the profile to the plane to auto-open using the little UI in the status bar
