Hi guys,my Nav & Logo Preset is not working,i've used new buttons and new cables and still nothing!...i'm using MSFS2020 and Fenix A320!...any ideas?

Activate MF logging in Info level. You should see each action of your switch registered as press and release events in the log.

If not, then your hardware is at fault.
