#No connectivity between MF & FS

I have been playing around with arduinos for various projects. And came across MobiFlight and thought it would be a cool the to play around with. Stop me in my tracks now if I am breaching the rules of the channel, but I have been trying to do some basic tests with MobiFlight and a slide pot with a copy of FS2020 that is a little less than legit (the plan is to test things out before purchasing Flight Sim which I am happy to do if things work). My test has been a failure at this point in time. I have a slide pot connected to an Uno. Set it up as a throttle control. When testing or running the unit and moving the pot, MF recognises the movement. But when running flight sim, there seems to not action on the control even though MF is still recognising the input values. While I realise the version of FS might be causing the issue, I was hoping to get a proof of concept working before forking out for FS 2020.

TIA

We are unable to provide assistance when it's an unlicensed copy of MSFS, there's no way to know what could be weird with it.

There's no need to proof of concept before buying MSFS2020. Mobiflight works great with it, the #1148707070128955402 channel is filled with examples of people who had success.

Once you have a licensed copy, if you still have issues, start a new thread and we can asisst getting it started.
