#HELP !! I've lost my configuration

I spent a lot of time building up my EFIS and got it working on MEGA board #1.
Then I unplugged it and plugged in a new board (MEGA #2) to practice working on steppers & servos. After Getting that working and figured out I unplugged it and replugged in #1 and got a "orphaned board message". Now I've lost all the work on my number 1 board !!! The input and out put tabs are all blank !
Is it all truly gone and I have to start from scratch ??!!

Inputs and outputs tabs are stored in a file you save yourself. Did you save your config? You should be able to open it by going to file > open

Sounds like you created a new config for the steppers, then when you plugged in the old board that was still the config opened and it was looking for your stepper mega, hence the orphaned dialog (your stepper mega is gone)

You need to open the config you made for your EFIS

YEAH... i think i screwed the pooch on that. Mercifully It was quick to reset the efis and stepper. i learnt stuff along the way.
