As long as the movement of the switch is only one position, there should be no problem

So need to check what the variable value is when a failed movement occurs.

In Msfs2020, Dev Mode, Behaviors, Local Variables.

In Mobiflight, just create an output for that variable. No need to bind any output device to it.
