mobiflight and arduino has a mind of its own

I was checking my overhead panel i made and everything was working fine, until i tried plugging the Arduino into my other co0mputer and back into my mai n pc. The one arduino just kept leaving random lights on and wont listen to any of the moiflight commands in the program

only plugging in the arduino in another PC and then back to the original should not have any impact. If the arduino board is now behaving differently there might have been additional changes. What Arduino type is it?
