This has really nothing to do with MobiFlight, even though MobiFlight also uses SimConnect. But since the simshaker app seems to be a payware program with specific client apps for each supported software, you should consult the manufacturer to get it working.

Note that "Discord" in the above screenshot (from the link) goes to "SimShaker for Aviators" discord server which hopefully has people who are familiar with your troubles.
