Game not loading at all

Got kicked out and now I get stuck on ‘logging in’ on the main title and then I get disconnected after a bit.

I think I’m in a corrupted WB room , I haven’t been able to reconnect since, getting error 0x401.

The bug started with a WB run that kicked us from the game. I managed to reconnect once, but the second WB attempt bugged too — since then, I haven’t been able to reconnect.

Which WB? Were you both in the same WB run or are you having different issues?

You may need to put in a support ticket. You can try the steps suggested above, but a 401 error is a pretty broad error usually related to the server closing the connecting to the game for a variety of reason.

It could be that the game is now confused about how your last WB ended

Those should be recorded in the database. Please mention those in your ticket and the agent may be able to replace your consumables depending on the situation

@shell flint, I’ve been sat on the main menu reconnecting this entire time, and I was playing around with a few things and now instead of logging in for 30 seconds and kicking me out, it’s just stuck on logging in. Could this be something do you think?

Remember I'm on mobile, and I can't just uninstall cause I don't know how to set up the account

If ur on iPhone if u reinstall all ur data will be there still after reinstalling

Everything has already been tested on my end. I’ve tried logging in on every possible platform, even Kartridge, etc. Everything is up to date. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, but nothing changes — still stuck on the loading screen.

My assumption at the moment is that we're having server issues that will need to be investigated on Monday.

That being said, I would expect most players to be able to login most of the time if this was a typical server issue. However, it sounds like those who are having issues are consistently having issues while others are consistently having no problems
