I don't know if there's a technical reason why mainhand cosmetics are locked to the class of the weapon, but I believe we should be able to use any cosmetic on any mainhand. In the current state of the game a large amount of the endgame builds use swords, with only a handful of spears, and like one staff and one laser canon, and no endgame builds I know of use a bow. Since this is the case you have many mainhand cosmetics you just never get to use in the endgame unless you deliberately nerf your build, which just seems silly, especially as you can use any cosmetic rarity cosmetic mainhand anyway. It would be great if we could use those cosmetics for the true endgame, drip heroes.

Well i guess because mainhands have animations for the skills so it's gonna be hard having to code the animation for the other types of mainhands
