#Malicious Mods in chat

Yet, despite this, Mentle has decided to add this to ToS, which is blatant power tripping and shows that they don't deserve/need to be a mod if they're going to maliciously hunt down anyone who goes against their made up rules.
I am curious if this is just how the cookie crumbles, and if so, lemme just leave and nvr come back, cuz I don't need this kind of stress. :/
I'm sure there's alot of things in the ToS that aren't clearly stated but are common courtesy/sense. That being said, I wasn't even in-game chat to see what transpired, but if you are who I think you are, then you're really the only person I've ever seen complain about this, if not then you'll be the second person I've ever seen someone complain about this which is strange because nobody else seems to have an issue, just you(or you+1 other person)
I mean... no one in North Korea has an issue with their leader...
Yes, ToS doesn't specify certain things that should just naturally be common courtest/sense. HOWEVER, talking about mods(e.g., how they are, where they are, how've they've been, etc...) isn't in the ToS. Now, talking rudely about mods makes sense, but that could be said about EVERY player. Again, not in ToS. Talking about why or the reason as to why one was muted or banned is also not in the ToS nor is it "common courtesy/sense" not to talk about it, especially if done casually.
I mean, I had been muted for saying, "mustard gas" and "child soldiers", which yes I could see the reason, but a warning would've sufficed. I'd been muted for 8mins, then someone I knew from WAY back then popped on, left when I could talk again, then I half joked half complained abt how because of being muted I missed them... then I was muted for another 30-40mins after being TOLD, not warned, but TOLD to not talk abt mods or mutings... this is hardly fair. :(
I was able to reconnect with them after the 40min mute was over, but still. Very malicious muting being done here.
The consequences of your actions are the outcomes, results, or effects that directly or indirectly stem from your choices and behaviors.
