I think it was less this and more "hey I spent $300 on my NFT to look unique, why can others change their appearance to look like me for 100 gems"

you can change your character to be however you want when you start the game

you just cant change it after that

someone can make a new account and make it look exactly like their nft.

It’s gone because devs lazy. Just make the items character bound and only purchasable on nonNFT accounts.

1. alternate games NFTS where used in are discontinued so the special appearance that separates them from nonNFTs are mute.
2. are there any NFT holders that actually care about their special appearances vs nonNFT accounts.
3. is this change a #### you to Kongreagate who was nice enough to give appearance changes to players for free
4. we all know people buy NFTs for the permanent adgor boost and shared currency and only for these 2 reasons do people buy NFTs for this game

Its probably more so they would have to change the consumable/coding to mains only because it wouldnt be possible to change the nfts look since thats part of the actual nft

u could make them hero bound and just make it not purchaseable in the shop on nfts

in order to do that you'd have to also wipe all of the consumable in everyone's inventory

which idk if that many people would care that muvh

Ah yes the age old conversation of a dead feature.

The player/hero bound feature is coded into the whole process. So they’d have to redo the entire thing. I’m not wanting them wasting time on that versus fixing literal bugs in the game.
