if Mobile: toggle wifi/data/airplane mode
if using a VPN = may be a you issue
if on PC = clear browser cache/cookies
if on Steam = check for updates
uninstall/reinstall (platform agnostic Sanz Browser)
check mobile for device specific updates (non-App)
