8 days ago i did the offerwall bonus of getting lvl42 in boardkings. the gem count was 4600 gems X 2 because it was a 2 X offerwall bonus so that would be 9200 gems. its been around 8 days later and i havent recieved the gems yet. my IGN is Rim, lvl670.

You needs to use #🆘︱contact-support and submit an email with Kongregate support regarding this. And also find the company who provided the offer (The vendor that is NOT Kongregate) and email them providing all available screenshots and such.
