Platform: Mobile (iOS)

Since the announcement of the log in issues being fixed, I've been unable to log in at all on my iPhone X. The game hangs on the "Logging In" screen for a while and then states "You have been disconnected".

I've tried clearing cache & outright removing the app to clear out data. No luck in either case. I can, however, log in on the Kongregate website.

Posting because the other messages seem to point to an intermittent issue, but this isn't intermittent in my case.

By "removing the app" did you mean reinstall?

Yep, just typing up a support ticket request currently as this is still persisting

I stopped playing while back due to this happening to me as well . This happens to me when I crash and was in a dungeon and I try to relog in and this happens and stays logging in till the disconnects happen
