My feedback is as follows:

New post, pick a tag, devs can filter by tags for relevant research initiatives. All posts won't receive direct 1:1 time most likely because...well, not every question or piece of feedback can have that sort of time dedicated to it, but this channel will be utilized to it's fullest potentially to better organize and archive important areas of concern.

I'm sure devs will respond whenever and wherever applicable. Think of this as an evolution of the old council/house/RT feedback threads and channels. This way we can keep topics...well, on-topic for lack of a better term, and cut out the random side conversations that muddy traditional feedback loops.

Heya Gylgy have you heard of anyone getting their refund yet? Or is this still out in the wind? Honestly I don't want a refund just the packs I paid for. Just curious if it's actually happening this week, my ticket hasn't been answered since the initial robot response.

Support was most likely slammed harder than The Big Show getting tombstoned off the top of the cage match in the 90s ….. soooo I’d wager they are (no pun intended…) rolling out refunds/resolving tickets is they get to them in the queue, friend.
