I wish you the best of luck with your guild, but since you are a newer player yourself I would advise to join a guild instead.
It will help you progress through the game quicker (thanks to the already unlocked perks) and the more experienced players will be able to provide you with tips.

I am just trying to help, let's put that in the first place.
But as you progress through the game you will unlock more and more options. As a guild leader it is useful to be in a position that you can give advice to your guild members about those things.
That is why most players who want to lead a guild progress through a good part of the game themselves first to gain the knowledge to help others that join there guild.
But I really would like to see your guild flourish, so best of luck with it!
