The game took my isk and left a message saying I simulated, but I play on a phone and have no way nor do I know how to simulate. The game took my isk down to -9k and warned me not to do it again. I didn't do anything to began with so I am afraid to fly. Something is wrong

I did last night, around 10 hours or so. They said it was under investigation. It's hurting in game progress. Very discouraging
