Are there agents who provide missions and if so how do I find them ?

There were agents of industry, security, mining, exploration in EVE Online are they are here as well ? After tutorial I feel a bit lost besides mining what quests I can continue doing increasing standing ?

No, we don't have agents or "standings" like that in EE. All "missions" are either from the encounters tab, or scrolls awarded via RNG for a more difficult storyline mission.

We don't even have player security status
