It depends. If you can multibox, the best way to make ISK is usually supporting your main account in your main activity. Whether that's being a dedicated tackle on a camp, a dedicated logi or tank for mixed composition fleets, or whether it's just supplemental DPS in PvE.
My main use for my alt when I was able to run two devices was just looting wrecks in an ICO while my main (vindi) kept on knocking off the next anomaly.
If you're not able to multibox, the best thing to do is have it be your alternate income stream. PvP on main, PvE on alt. (Or vice versa). Take advantage of the alt to skill into a different weapon system that may interest you too.
Now, most of this is moot if the alt is on the same account. You'll have to keep it omega'd to keep it skilling while your main skills.

Ty for the reply. The solution I've found is to have it's skilled in BCs/BS and throw it in a mach. Multibox it while my ANI ai rats
