Intelligent Nanocores (Golden/AI) introduce Expanded Attributes to your existing nanocores through training (MK IV Materials). When unlocking secondary attributes under this expanded attribute section, you may choose from the Learning Protocol Library.

1. Access your ship's fitting page and select/tap the Intelligent Nanocore

2. From there, select the Expanded Attributes dropdown and then a secondary attribute

3. To the right, you will find the Learning Protocol Library
