#UI Elements: Settings

- Select Settings from the "Others" panel
After opening the settings tab, you will notice two main sections.
The first section, which can be found on the upper left-hand side offers choices for the various settings in the game.

Basic Settings will allow you to change a lot of the primary aspects of the user interface including audio, size, language, notifications, and other settings.

Battle Settings will allow you to change aspects of how your ship will perform in battle, how you are notified of your ship's status, setting up a tactical overlay and others.

Graphics will allow you to adjust settings based on how you would like your game to perform

Reset Settings will allow you to refresh some suppressed message settings.
The second section in Settings can be found in the bottom panel.
From here, you can perform a variety of essential tasks:

The Portrait icon found to the left of the red box will allow you to log out and switch to a different character from the login screen.

Profile will allow you to access your account information such as bounded accounts.

Customer Service will open up the customer service screen where you may find a lot of additional information about the game and where you can submit tickets for in-game assistance.

Announcements will take you to the Game Announcement panel where you can find the most recent maintenance notes and balance adjustments (patch notes).

Quit will send you back to the Start screen, if you are undocked, this button will initiate a countdown and make an attempt to warp your ship into space where it will disappear.
