I've now waited two concord passes and stil no covetor nanocore. Why??

because they haven't run the Cores that Covetor is included in?

there is not set pattern for concord releases, you just wait until a core comes around that has the ship you want included

every 12 weeks there is specific set of cores available in the concord pass
