When I open the game, no UI is visible like... at all. When I finally jump into a chart without being able to see what I'm clicking, the info text showing health and score among other things are completely black. The scratches on all charts are also completely invisible for me too.

If possible could you please send a Player.log file?
You should be able to find one by pasting this folder path into your file explorer:
