For instance I search an archive of build zig-linux-x86_64-0.11.0-dev.3879+5804f3f75 with the compiled zig binary included. I need this old build since I cant build zig from the repo due to clang headers on Ubuntu, and e.g. capy noted in the README that the build worked with this older 0.11 build.

doesn't look like that version is here, but you can perhaps use one of the ones listed here https://github.com/marler8997/zig-unofficial-releases
perhaps just change the download url to '-dev.3879+5804f3f75' and see if its available. i know that this sometimes works with zigup.
