Best Seller aka BSS is where the most attractive (not always) relatively fair priced Ruby offers appear.

Mostly, according to my experience they tend to be available after midnight (Central and Eastern Europe Timezones).

General Info:

You need to have made a successful payment in-game for it to appear
when just close your phone, the game is still running in the background normally. That means that if an offer do appear you're gonna lose it. So Be careful!
it is a fairly common occurrence that you might not get an offer while many others did. Don't worry. Try logging off and back on. If it doesn't help, check in a few hours.
