Buff the Kourindou Roulette

We start the year with a roulette reset with 0 CHANGES meaning it still has the same roster as last year (until s2 satori and s5 pets) and in 2025 we received free banners like powerball and buddies which at least it give most people a new character.
So here are my recommended changes:

1. Update the roster: We have a lot of ufes or fes that could be giving away since its been years since their rerun and they won't be a threat to stuff like EBR or AC like the vtuber branch of B3/B5 , the W verse , TD Seiga, PCB retros, A6
2. Up the rates: it feels more like I'm pulling in an non rate up banner. 210 pulls just to get an ufes and a fes, even previous roulette were more generous with dupes
3. Buff the number of prayers given : this year I only got 20 twice , compare to previous attempts were I always got 20 a couple of times or sometimes even 30, so maybe you could replace some of the 10 with 20 or 30 next to each other and not be 30-10-20-10
