why not learn more about the character we love by creating stages based on their past?

my idea is that for example, for each character make an stage were we can ONLY use that character that appears, we cannot add our characters, we can only use the character that appears on that stage, and it would tell the back story of that character, sometimes would only be stages of just dialogue and some other just small fights

for example, the backstory of Junko and how she team up with Hecatia

or how Yuyuko die

Why Remilia locked up Flandre for 495 years

Who Yukari really is

Why Tewi is an earth rabbit and the other Reisen (Lunarian) is not

Why Patchouli has a Devil working in a library

Or perhaps instead of characters, Stories based on mysteries along the series

Like Sakuya's past

The dragon of gensokyo

The Hakurei Diety/God

Sumireko's relationship with Renko

stuff like that

That'll definitely help for those who has no clue what touhou (like myself)

The issue is that they don't have confirmed information for some backstories so even if they made it up, this can cause a situation where some people think the stories are canon.
This is why some characters' past are only in Ruins Of Memory, in detail you can read Kanako's ROM

plus like geno said they have to take extra time to make those stories up bc none of them have been confirmed or canon + may cause confusion of whats canon or fanon
