Please Make MLB Relic Signature Cards Obtainable

Relic characters after relic alice lastword damage were not that high because still using 50% bullet damage up
they can't keep up with other expensive units because they still use 50% bullet dmg up for their lastword unlike other unit which even got 95% bullet dmg up. Due to this unfairness, relic character hunters would be dissapointed that their favourite characters can't keep up with older relics.
