For real,leveling skill take so much time.And we need way to much ressource to shorten the time to wait.
While Relic disk are rare and sometime locked in tower.It would be great if we can have a least one per month by login or via a quest.

Leveling up one skill takes 5.5 days, if you don't have the 3rd dojo slot that's 4 characters fully maxed per month, as f2p you are not likely to get more than 4 characters in a month (except if you are extremely lucky and don't care about pulling for units you don't have enough resources to exchange), and in the case you are not a f2p player, well, you are likely to have the 3rd dojo slot (6 units fully maxed per month), and there is in any case the max skill packs. (lets not forget this is a f2p game)
Aren't we already getting a relic disc per month? Relic fes came 3-4 months ago, and for now we got 3, each new event gives us a relic disc.
Also, from what I am aware there are not even in JP relic disks in tower, it doesn't seem like that it will turn into a tower reward.
