It did but it kept happening so I had to give up (fixed it for like 10 minutes)

I noticed it happening a few days ago. I don't have any footage from it, but i was trying to just go for a ng+ round as sword and knife, and just go as far as i could go, and my knife started doing absolutely nothing. My sword was fine, but knife? Not so much.
