If you happen to be standing on the location that an arrow trap spawns, then you get stuck inside the arrow trap pillar. Its pretty rare, but when it happens, I have to close the game

Try swapping to teleport movement and sticking your hand out of the pillar, I haven't been in that scenario but it usually works when softlocked and may save a run.
