Lost skills on update

So after not playing for a while, I updated the game to the new mage update and when I did I'm logged in all of my skill tree was gone. Everything else including pages and things discovered are still there. And I'm unable to Restart the game and just Start from scratch. I don't know how to fix this. [e-mail] Here's my account.

you can just toggle on the console and give yourself 9999 insight (then set it back to 0 once youve bought all the upgrades you had)

can do the same with beast blood
