(put down as crash because it kinda crashes an MP connection, but the game itself doesn't crash)

it has been happening consistently in the last 5 MP matches ive tried, everyone in my lobby will freeze, i can still communicate with them, but i later will be kicked because my game times out, zero idea what is causing it

everyone will stop moving and i get this message, not much to go off of but something is making it impossible to play and idk what :/
