No need to say anything special, the enemies were just not affectes by arrows, explosion or sword damage, making me just give up and loose my run at the end.
Also imI dont know why I have 4 hears when no relic gives me that. That has also happened the Next run at some point and I dont understand It.

Only idea i have is that your bandit box procced a " slightly increase a random stat " and it rolled heart containers
