This looks like a generation desync. The pedestal is too high up to just be a texture mismatch

Oh yeah it is a piece of the forgotten library in the glooming minds there was one of those plants on top of it and it's a solid object too but I've only have seen it once out of 150 times going in so I don't know what could have triggered it
Anyway there's another glitch that happened to my game I had almost everything done I had 12 pages of scholar I had multiple other things and locks I had all the monsters collected I had most of the relics as well and my game basically reset in a way and made me go back to a halfway point and I had 140 runs and it reset me to 65 for some reason I have to deal with it though because I don't think there's a way to fix that

You should be able to get your progress back by manually restoring a cloud save
